Order a repeat prescription
The easiest way to manage your repeat prescriptions is to sign up to Online Patient Services. Forms can be found on this website under 'practice services'. For safety reasons, we do not take requests over the phone.
Please state your name, date of birth, and clear details of your prescription requirement and allow 2 clear working days before collection - longer if being sent to a chemist. To register to order your prescriptions via the link below please complete a registration form.
Remember to order your prescription in good time.
Repeat Prescriptions can be ordered by:
-- Handing in a request at reception or your local pharmacy.
-- By Post marked for the attention of the Prescriptions Desk
-- By E-mail to TAY.maryfieldmedicalcentre@nhs.scot
-- Using Patient Online Services (if registered for this)
