All surgery consultations are by appointment. Please contact the receptionists who are available from 08:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday.
Requests for home visits where possible should be made before 9:00am
GP appointments are for 15 minutes.
We are currently reviewing our appointments system to ensure that all patients who need to be seen can be given an appointment with the appropriate clinician. In order to do this, our receptionists will routinely ask each patient for a brief description of their problem.
Our reception team are bound by the same rules of confidentiality as our clinicians and they have no interest in your medical condition other than to direct you to the most appropriate member of the clinical team.
